A - Yes. We sell our products at 15% off suggested retail as a general rule. There are some manufactures that prohibit advertising prices lower than suggested retail or MAAP (Manufactures Authorized Advertised Price). In many of these cases you can subscribe to our mailing list and receive coupons that can be used for further discounts. When in doubt....ask. Q - I am a member of Law Enforcement/Fire Service/Military, is this a factor when purchasing from LEO Gear? A - Yes, as an individual that serves the public trust you will be given additional discounts after verification of your status. When you register be certain to include agency/unit information so we may verify. You will then be assigned a discount code to use on your purchases. PLEASE NOTE: Some products are sold only to the above mentioned individuals. We will verify all of those who purchase items with restrictions. Q - Do you sell firearms or ammo? A - Currently we do not handle firearms as we are not an FFL Dealer. We may be able to direct you to licensed dealer if you tell us what you are looking to purchase. We do have vendors that carry ammo, however, PayPal prohibits us offering on website. You can email customerservice@leogear.com with your needs and we can provide you with prices and alternative payment options. Q - Why do you not offer batons? A - We do carry batons; again we are complying with the rules of PayPal. Email customerservice@leogear.com with your needs and we will provide pricing and alternative payment options. Q - I am a logistics officer for a department and need to place order for the department, what is the best way to do this? A - You can either email Craig@leogear.com or fax us at 941-538-0594 for a bid submission. When working with department orders we always reach out to our manufactures for additional discounts if possible. If your agency has paperwork for us to fill out prior to sending pricing be certain to send that also. Let us know what we can do to earn your business. Be aware will we wait for check to clear on new customers before processing order. Q - How do I sign up or get additional information about training for myself or my department? A - Email training@leogear.com with your questions or training requirements. Our director of training will contact you to discuss your needs. We have trainers all over the country so we can come to your location to reduce cost and maximize your training dollar. If you prefer to train in the Florida climate (Orlando area) we can schedule training here. We can also assist you with travel/lodging arrangements. |
